🚚 How long does delivery take?
In Faisalabad, orders are delivered same-day or within 12 to 24 hours. For major cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Remote towns and regional areas take 3 to 5 business days via trusted couriers (TCS, Trax, Leopard, Call Courier).
💵 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan. You simply pay cash to the courier rider upon delivery at your doorstep.
🐾 Are all your pet foods and treats 100% original?
Yes, 100%. We source strictly from authorized importers and official distributors of brands such as Royal Canin, Reflex, Wanpy, Nutram, and Klumpy. All packages arrive sealed with verifiable batch numbers and long expiry dates.
📦 How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier tracking link are sent directly via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also view live order progress in your My Account → Orders tab.
🔄 How can I return or exchange an item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 344 7770125 within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
